This is the VGTag iN-Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“VGTag”, “Sense”, “we”, “our”) Privacy Policy. VGTag is a corporation registered in Singapore with company number 201203100N.

This Privacy Statement describes how Sense manage personal information and respect your privacy. This policy may be amended from time to time. We encourage users of the Sense system to regularly review our Privacy Policy.
“Personal Information” is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains. All personal information that we collect and maintain will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information when you, or your company administrator registers for you an account on the Sense website. The information includes your name, email address and mobile phone number. Your account name and password are system generated. In addition, we collect device and technical information from you when you use our mobile application.
 

How will we use the information about you?
We use your information for account administration. Your contact information is used solely for the purpose of system alert notifications, which you can configure to opt out of. Notifications include email notifications, SMS notifications and mobile app notifications.

 

Certain technical and routing information about your computer may also be collected to facilitate the use of the system and its services. For example, we may log environmental variables such as browser type, operating system and the IP address of your computer. We use these to facilitate the use of the system.
 

Who do we share your information with?
We do not sell, rent or share your information to or with any third parties.

Where do we process your information?
Our servers and databases are hosted in the Cloud by reputable Cloud providers. Our system administrators operate from Singapore.
 

How can I exercise my rights over my information?
You may have rights to access, correct and remove your data. Minimally, your name, account username and password are mandatory for the system to function.
 

How long do we keep hold of your information?
We will retain your information as long as your account is active.
 

How long do we protect your data?
Access by you to your account profile is available through a password and unique account ID. This password is encrypted. Your personal information resides on a secure server that only authorized personnel have access to via password. Your personal information is encrypted whenever it is transmitted.
